Purple is royal colour, but the 'right' shade of purple is very personal, I find. The Allium purple is a real 'mid-purple' - perhaps a little less blue than the Sapphire and little more purple than the Heliotrope. A dark muted purple entwines around a soft lavender, creating a gorgeous purple symphony.
