Your Candida Blitz Bath Herbs contain:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) - this calming herb has shown anti-fungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties. (NB: Chamomile is a member of the ragweed family, and triggers allergic reactions in some people.)
Calendula (Calendula officinalis) – may be soothing for irritated skin. This astringent herb has shown anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) - has shown antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties.
Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) – contain the phenols carvacrol and thymol, among others, which are highly antifungal in nature, as well as antimicrobial, antioxidant, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory.
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) - may provide antifungal and antibacterial qualities.
Oatstraw (Avena sativa) - may provide a soothing herbal healing wash for various skin conditions, relieving itching and irritation.
Oregano (Oreganum vulgare) - may provide antifungal and antibacterial actions.
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita)- is lesser known for its properties as an antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial, although its benefits have been demonstrated in studies.

How to use
Place a good handful, or approximately 25g of herbs in the muslin bag provided, then place the herbal sachet in a glass jug or bowl and pour on hot water.
Steep for about 10 minutes.
Then add both the liquid and the sachet to a warm bath or sitz bath.
A drop of Tea Tree or Oregano essential oil, which are also anti-fungal, may be added.
The herbal liquid may also be added to a Cleansing Bottle for gentle cleansing of the affected area between baths.
What to do with your wet muslin bag of soggy herbs after your bath?
Just hang the baggie on your taps and use again the next time (within 3 days) until it no longer yields a tea.
Then, rinse out the herbs and hang your bag to dry. it will dry quickly and easily.
When it is completely dry, you can then re-fill it with fresh dry herbs for your next bath.
