This tonic is based on Rosemary Gladstar’s traditional recipe – with the usual unique ‘Julie Bell twists”, of course!
Ideal to support immune function, stimulate digestion and warm you up on cold winter days.
Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Horseradish, Turmeric, Ginger, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Clove, Star Anise, Schisandra berries, Cayenne, Jalapeno, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Nasturtium, Apple Cider Vinegar & Natural Raw Honey.
Keep in fridge after opening and consume within 12 months.
Note: this Fire Cider contains Schisandra berries and thus it is not suitable to consume during pregnancy.
How to use:
- Drink neat like a shot
- Straight from the spoon
- Dilute with a little water
- Use with good olive oil as a salad dressing
- As a marinade
You can even add gelatine and make yummy gummies with it!
About 30 mls daily is recommended, but I love it so I take more than that.
