The Joint-ease tea contains herbs that have been used through the ages to ease the pain and stiffness of rheumatism and arthritis.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – studies show this warming herb is beneficial in relieving arthritis. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it a well know arthritis treatment.
Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) – effective for the relief of rheumatic aches and pains.
Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna)- improves the production and strength of collagen, the supporting protein found in joints.
