The Pregnancy Bliss tea contains:
Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) - one of the most nutrionally-rich herbs, packed with vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin K.
Hibiscus Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa) - the healthiest tea, rich in anti-oxidants and Vitamin C, Hibiscus also gives a lovely taste and rosy hue to the tea.
Nettle (Urtica dioica) – Depurative, rich in Iron, Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin K. Nourishes the immune system. Combats anaemia.
Oat Straw (Avena sativa) - nourishes the nervous system, rich in calcium and magnesium. Oatstraw also helps the body to lower blood sugar levels and blood pressure when needed. Helpful for insomnia.
Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) - A uterine tonic, rich in many nutrients, which nourishes the female reproductive system. Supports, tightens and tones the muscles and ligaments of the uterus.
Rosehip (Rosa canina) - anti-inflammatory, astringent, also rich in anti-oxidants and Vitamin C, and has a delicious tangy flavour.
Peppermint (Menta x spicata) - this sweet, delicious herb is calming for the nervous system (called "Nature's tranquiliser) and helps to settle the stomach and support digestion. Just a hint of Peppermint adds a lift to this yummy tea. (If you're not a mint lover, just let me know, and I will leave it out of your blend.)
