Horse Chestnut – rich in tannins & saponins which are anti-inflammatory, tones the blood vessels, improves micro-vascular circulation & reduces swelling.

How to use:
Use 1 tbsp of loose herbs per cup of tea. Add boiling water, cover, and steep for at least 10 minutes. The pour through a strainer into your cup. Lemon and honey may be added for taste. Drink 2-4 cups a day as desired. The tea may be enjoyed hot or iced.
