Note:
This tea is wonderfully nourishing for the female reproductive tract and supports the hormonal system. However, if you are drinking the tea during a month when you are actively TTC, it is best to stop taking the tea after ovulation until you know for sure that you are not pregnant – then resume the tea again. This is the absolutely safest approach – because there are a couple of herbs in the tea (Lady's Mantle &Red Clover) which are not recommended for use during pregnancy, because not enough is known to absolutely state that they are safe for early pregnancy. Therefore, if you are using the TTC Tea during a month when you are actively seeking to conceive, switch to the Post-Ovulation Tea after you have ovulated, or around Day 14.
This tea is safe and suitable to drink while breastfeeding. Red Clover, Chastetree, Raspberry Leaf and Shatavari are particularly nourishing herbs for breastfeeding, appreciated for their contribution to boosting milk supply.
